Founded in Western Australia, Structerre has successfully expanded to the Eastern States and continues to grow a loyal customer base. When we started the business, we used to do good engineering to help out our clients to solve their problems. It’s to their purpose today to do good engineering. Our clients are generally residential builders and basically they need someone to provide all their Technical Support to them. It’s important to make it easy for them because if they make it hard, that increases the probability of things not going right. If you don’t get it right the first time, it costs everyone time and money, and it also cost people reputation. Our job is to solve calls before they happen and after they happen. Part of our ethos is to be flexible and to be adaptable because while a lot of situations repeat themselves when you drill down, each situation is unique and you need a level of flexibility to recognise that. David joined Structerre in 2003, bringing extensive experience in civil and structural engineering to his role as General Manager for NSW and QLD. He is deeply committed to maintaining a client-focused approach and delivering practical, efficient engineering solutions through clear, consistent communication.

Brady is a Civil Engineer with extensive experience in structural, geotechnical, and civil design across the Clarence Valley and Northern Rivers. Originally from a rural background, he values practical solutions and straightforward communication. Since opening Structerre’s Northern Rivers office in 2017, he has worked closely with local builders to deliver reliable designs to the region. Brady takes a hands-on approach, involved in every stage — from geotech investigations and design to on-site troubleshooting and compliance certification

Mel Castle brings over 40 years of civil construction inspection and testing experience, gained from respected Western Australian companies. His career evolved from materials technician to high-level management, giving him expertise in quality control, geotechnical investigations, and construction monitoring. Now heading Structerre’s Geotechnical Division, Mel is a resident expert in site/soil engineering and oversees the NATA-accredited materials lab, offering unrivaled knowledge of Perth’s geotechnical landscape.
