Structerre provided full project management services for a sixteen lot green title subdivision, where our scope of work included the following:

• Preliminary due diligence investigation and report.
• Preparation of survey brief for level and feature survey.
• Geotechnical investigation and report.
• Civil design and documentation of demolition and ground clearing, bulk earthworks, retaining walls, extension of Savage Road, stormwater drainage, water and sewer reticulation to Water Corporation requirements.
• Design coordination of other services including gas, electrical, communications and landscaping.
• Tendering and contract award on behalf on the developer.
• Construction administration and surveillance.
• Facilitate clearances prior to termination of defects feasibility period.
