The Pacifica is an exclusive two storey home with contemporary features that push the boundaries of modern home design.

This Webb & Brown-Neaves project posed an interesting brief for Structerre with its underground cellar, sloping skillion roof and glass elevation. The complexity of the design provided us with a fantastic opportunity to demonstrate our skills. The home consists of large open plan areas that required expert engineering in order to create structural integrity and its cantilevered balconies are designed to float with hidden support. The exterior of the home demonstrates our skills in multi-level landscape design, with retaining walls engineered to suit the modern aesthetic. Flowing seamlessly from garden to house, the outdoor pool adds a splash of sophistication.
