His career evolved from materials technician to high-level management, giving him expertise in quality control, geotechnical investigations, and construction monitoring. Now heading Structerre’s Geotechnical Division, Mel is a resident expert in site/soil engineering and oversees the NATA-accredited materials lab, offering unrivaled knowledge of Perth’s geotechnical landscape.
